This Thanksgiving, we’re overwhelmed with amazing things to be thankful for - a phenomenal harvest season (the 40th since our first harvest!), another great year of visitors to our tasting room and Adelsheim fans sharing our wine with their family and friends, and for the first time in our winemaking history, bubbles!
Join us Thanksgiving weekend to celebrate the season with our first ever Sparkling Brut Cuvée! Cheese and charcuterie will be provided by R&R Cullinaire and unique educational events will be available each day to enhance your experience!

Live Sausage-Making Demonstration featuring Zeph Shepard!
The Proletariat Butcher will be demonstrating how to make home-made sausage created with Adelsheim’s Pinot noir.
SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 24 | 11:30am - 2:30pm
Mini-Educational Seminar- Does (Bottle) Size Matter?
On the hour and half hour (limited to 12 people per session) our Education Team will host a special tasting featuring library wines in 750ml & 1.5L magnum bottles to demonstrate how bottle size effects wine aging. We will also feature key dos and don’ts for wine collecting/storage and how to use a Coravin!
