Join Adelsheim winemaker Gina Hennen at the iconic Stephanie Inn, an Adelsheim partner and boutique luxury hotel located oceanfront in Cannon Beach. Throughout the year, the Stephanie Inn invites some of Oregon’s most acclaimed winemakers to collaborate with Executive Chef Aaron Bedard for special prix fixe menus paired with the winemaker’s selections. Throughout the evening, Chef Aaron and Gina will share enticing details tableside with guests on the vintage and varieties being poured, and how they were chosen to enhance each seasonally-focused course on the menu.
