Do you ever feel intimidated while shopping for wine or tasting in a Tasting Room? Wine 101 is the class that will teach you what you need to know to feel confident enough to have that conversation with the wine steward at the restaurant. You will learn how wine is produced, where it grows, as well as tips and tricks of the trade. Don’t forget about tasting! You will learn what the difference between blends, like Elizabeth’s Reserve, and single vineyards such as Calkins Lane, and learn how to taste wine like a pro.
