David Adelsheim started Adelsheim Vineyard 48 years ago with a dream to create world class wines in the undiscovered Chehalem Mountains of Oregon’s Willamette Valley. David will share stories of the history of the Oregon wine industry and how Adelsheim helped to shape the industry today.
