Tucked into a lazy bend of the Potomac River lies a little farm growing the most delightful treats. Chris Petro of Misty Meadow Mushrooms provides Chef Ian with an incredible assortment of fungi, including Lion’s Mane, Chanterelles & Lobster. Near the west coast, high up in the Chehalem Mountains lies Adelsheim Vineyards. Brought under vine in the early seventies, David Adelsheim and his wife, Ginny were some of the first winemakers in the Williamette Valley. Finding the Climate and Terroir suitable for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay they began their journey to create unique wines that expressed the place and the moment in time. Elegant and delicate, the wines of Adelshiem will pair perfectly with mushrooms from Misty Meadows. Price includes tax and gratuity. $125/person
