Near the west coast, high up in the Chehalem Mountains lies Adelsheim Vineyards. Brought under vine in the early seventies, David Adelsheim and his wife, Ginny were some of the first winemakers in the Williamette Valley. Finding the Climate and Terroir suitable for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay they began their journey to create unique wines that expressed the place and the moment in time.
