They say that great wine is made in the vineyard, but its ultimate potential is the result of careful handling and skillfully coaxing the full potential from each lot of grapes by the winemaker and their team.

In this wine tasting seminar we will explain the details of the processes used to make red and white wines and the production decisions that separate inexpensive everyday wines from premium wines and how they affect the taste and aromas in the wine.
