Adelsheim is celebrating Oregon cheese month with a seminar highlighting Oregon wine and Oregon cheese. Learn about the history of one of Oregon’s finest creameries, how the industry has grown and the similarities of terroir in wine and cheese. Of course, we will have to taste too! We’ll taste the selected cheeses with some of Adelsheim’s most cheese friendly wines.
