Wine 101: What is Wine?

So you watched that documentary about Master Sommeliers and want to start learning about wine? Wine 101 is the perfect class to get you on the right track. This class will teach you what you need to know to feel confident enough to have that conversation with the wine steward at the restaurant. You will learn how wine is produced, where it grows, as well as tips and tricks of the trade. Don’t forget about tasting! You’ll learn some of the same techniques that the pros use.
