The Coravin Model Two Wine System allows you to pour wine without removing the cork. Simply squeeze the handle to place the clamp securely around the neck of the wine bottle. Then push the needle through the cork, tip the bottle, and press the trigger to begin pouring. The Coravin Capsule uses argon gas to pressurize the bottle, creating an airtight seal to prevent oxidation of the wine inside. Each capsule allows you to pour up to 15 five-ounce glasses of wine, and a standard needle dispenses a five-ounce glass of wine in less than 30 seconds.
