“Temperance Hill is one of the most distinctive vineyards in the Willamette Valley and this wine could simply come from nowhere else. It positively screams Temperance Hill. Laden with dark fruit notes and a dexterous underpinning of coffee and cedar bark, mushrooms and grilled meat, it’s complicated in all the best ways. The additional bottle age has served it well. I can’t help but wonder where it will be in another 10 years—it has the bones to last at least that long. Let’s find out!”
